The staff was wonderful. There was an issue that was actually the way Booking worded some communications and not the hotel's fault. They actually called Booking to resolve it and included me in that phone call. It showed a lot of integrity. Breakfast is available. They deliver it right to your room! They have a pool which was nice to cool off in in the evening. It happened to be my birthday when I was there, and they surprised me with a little birthday cake complete with a candle and sang Happy Birthday! It was very kind, sweet and thoughtful. Very special <3

I stayed in a standard double room at Lokasari Retreats. The location is peaceful and quiet — a great spot for relaxing in Ubud. Staff were friendly, and the room had beautiful natural lighting. The bathtub was lovely, and I appreciated the calming atmosphere. Overall, it’s a decent budget stay if you’re looking for a quiet environment, but the room maintenance could be improved.

Lokasari is a gem right on one of the main roads in Ubud. I was here on a short visit to help care for my daughter who was very sick and staying at Lokasari helped make a difficult time actually pleasant. The staff is great. The property is very clean. The rooms and beds are very comfortable (although they could use more comfortable chairs in the rooms) and my grandson absolutely loved the pool. The traffic noise completely disappeared when I closed my door except for a few very loud vehicles

It was a nice quiet area and the vila was very quiet and relaxed with a very nice pool and very good staff who make sure you are looked after, there breakfast pricing are very reasonable and yum

We had a great stay! It is located in a peaceful area that made us enjoy our stay in the room and their facilities. Hotel staff were so accomodating and cleaned the room everyday. The room and bed were big!
